TC Electronic MojoMojo Overdrive

MojoMojo is an analog overdrive pedal by TC Electronic. It is designed to sound like an amp, to preserve dynamic of the original playing and maintain clarity even in complex chords.

MojoMojo features four knobs and one switch

  • Drive knob (controls gain)
  • Level (output stage attenuator)
  • Bass (High-pass EQ)
  • Treble

Internally, MojoMojo circuit is nearly the same as the Dark Matter with slight changes:

  • Voice input does not alter frequency response but only changes pre-gain signal level (analog of turning down the volume knob on guitar).
  • Wider tone control
  • Lower pre-gain signal boost
  • Higher gain range
  • Higher post-gain boost
