Dark Matter is an analog distortion pedal by TC Electronic.
DarkMatter has common TC Electronic pedal controls layout and features four knobs and one switch:
- Gain
- Level (output stage attenuator)
- Bass (amount of low-end)
- Treble (amount of high-end)
Internally, Dark Matter circuit is nearly the same as the MojoMojo with slight changes:
- Voice toggle alters frequency response whereas in MojoMojo it only changes pre-gain signal level
- Narrower tone control
- Higher pre-gain signal boost
- Lower post-gain boost
- Narrower gain range
